Privacy Policy — U-POS

U-POS (tm.upos.pos) is the mobile client for a point-of-sale platform used by
retail shops. Each shop signs in with an account issued by Parlaknesil; the app has no
public sign-up. This policy explains what the app handles and why.
Who controls your data
Data entered in the app belongs to the shop that operates it (the "shop owner"), who is the data controller for their staff and customer records. Parlaknesil operates the platform servers on the shop's behalf (the data processor). Questions about a specific shop's data should go to that shop; questions about the platform go to us at the contacts below.
What we collect
The app sends business records to the shop's server so the same data appears on every device. It collects only what the point-of-sale needs to function — never for advertising or tracking.

We do not collect location, contacts, health, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any third-party analytics. Barcode-scanner camera frames are processed on the device only and never leave it.
How data is protected and shared
Traffic between the app and the shop's server uses standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored on the platform servers operated by Parlaknesil.
How long we keep it
Business records are retained for as long as the shop's account is active and as required for the shop's accounting and legal obligations. When a shop ends its use of the platform, its data is deleted or returned on request.
Your rights & deleting data
Staff and customer accounts are managed by the shop, not by individuals. Shop owners can archive staff in the app under Staff. To access, correct, or delete personal data, contact your shop owner, or email us at parlaknesil24@gmail.com. See our account-deletion page for the deletion process.
Children
U-POS is a business tool intended for shop staff and is not directed at children.
